R&D Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) processes for innovative products.
2.Design intelligent production equipment to enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency.
3.Develop process workflows and create production guidelines to optimize operator performance.
4.Conduct root-cause analysis for defects, implementing solutions to improve yield and quality.
5.Research and validate advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Communications.
2. 2+ years’ experience in product/production equipment development.
3.Expertise in process engineering and quality issue resolution.
4.Strong team collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
5.Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, and related tools.
RF Relay/Microwave Switch/Waveguide Switch/RF Solid-State Switch R&D Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead the development of RF relays, microwave switches, coaxial switches, waveguide switches, and RF solid-state switches.
2.Generate product drawings, technical specifications, and BOMs.
3.Provide NPI (New Product Introduction) support for new products.
4.Validate materials and manufacturing processes for product applications.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Communications, with 3+ years of experience in RF/microwave switch/relay R&D (coaxial/waveguide/solid-state switches preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of:
Microwave transmission theory (waveguide, coaxial, microstrip line characteristics)
Electromagnetic field theory
CAD/SolidWorks for drafting; HFSS/MAXWELL for EM simulation
3. Design expertise in:
Low insertion loss, high isolation components
High-frequency waveguide/coaxial/solid-state switches
4. Familiarity with RF materials (metal coatings, dielectrics, magnetic materials) and their high-frequency properties.
5. Proficiency in reliability design methodologies for electronics.
6. Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, power meter).
Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
2.Acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
3.Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and industry trends to provide professional solutions.
4.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
5.Collect market intelligence and analyze competitor activities to support decision-making.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electronics, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
2. 3+ years of sales experience in electronics manufacturing, with preference for RF/microwave/telecom sales background.
3. Strong business development, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Familiarity with RF/microwave/telecom manufacturing industries and relevant technology trends.
5. Excellent client management and teamwork capabilities.
6. Willingness to travel and strong stress tolerance.
